• A pinch Asafoetida
• 6- 8 Curry leaves
• 2 Chopped Chili [no. 2 – 4]
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• A pinch of Ajwain / Carom seeds
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Chopped carrot
• 1/2 cup Besan
• 1/2 tsp tbsp Rice flour
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 4 big, boiled, peeled, mashed Potatoes
• One Chopped onion

• 4 White Bread slices

For Coating:

• 2 cup Besan
• 2 tsp tbsp Rice flour
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder [for more spicy 2 – 3]
• 1 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
• Salt to taste

For Stuffing –

• 6 – 8 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• A pinch Asafoetida
• 6 – 8 Curry leaves
• Chopped Chili paste [no. 2 – 4]
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• Big 2 tsp Chopped carrot
• 1 tsp jeera powder
• Big 1 Chopped onion
• Turmeric powder
• 4 big, boiled, peeled, mashed Potatoes
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
